Eeden's full-portion porridges are made from Finnish gluten-free 65 Oats® oats, grown in the world's northernmost oat fields. The porridges also contain domestic hemp protein, real dried fruits and berries, and dates, which provide natural sweetness — no added sugar, sweeteners or unnecessary additives. We're especially pleased with our short ingredient lists.

Yes, all flavour options are vegan.

No. The porridges are naturally sweetened with fruits and berries — no added sugar, sweeteners or flavourings.

One 60 g portion contains over 10 g of protein, thanks to domestic hemp protein and wholegrain oats.

Add the contents of the bag to a bowl, pour hot water (or milk/plant milk) over it and let it swell for about 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy — perfect for home, the office, travelling or hiking.

Three flavours: blueberry-cardamom, lingonberry-date and cocoa-peanut. These are sold both as single packs and as multipacks.

The product's best-before date is marked on the packaging. The products keep for approximately 12–18 months after packing, depending on the flavour variant.

Eeden's full-portion porridges are sold in over 400 stores across Finland (K Group and S Group shops). If you can't find the product you're looking for in your local shop, you can submit a product request directly to the retail chain, or order it straight from our online store.

You can pay for your order with Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the most common debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro).

Yes, all prices in the online store include the applicable VAT.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to change or cancel it before it is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once it has already gone to picking or been shipped.

Delivery costs start from €4.50. For orders over €39.90, delivery to a parcel locker is free. Delivery prices vary according to the delivery method and the weight of the package being sent. You can see the delivery price in the online store's shopping cart before paying for your order.

When your order value is €39.90 or more, delivery to a parcel locker is free.

The order is delivered within 1–3 business days of placing the order.

At the moment we only deliver within Finland, but we aim to open up delivery options to other countries as soon as possible.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, starting from when you receive your order. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs delivered in sealed packaging which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. In practice this means that unopened packages in resalable condition can be returned within 14 days, but opened portion packs cannot.

Please contact us by email immediately and include your order number and a photo of the faulty or incorrect product. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
